Plant sales – if you have plants to sell – call me. Bring some plants and, if sold, MALP gets 20% of the sale price – you get the rest. I need to know about plants in advance….don’t just show up with a bunch of random plants as we need this organized! Plants need to show up during set up time only (early during set up time or you can’t get them in).
Here’s the schedule:
Friday April 5: 4 pm to 6 pm (set up)
Saturday April 6:
7 am – 9 am (set up)
9 am – 12 pm (work booth)
12 pm to 3 pm (work booth)
3 pm to 5 pm (work booth then cleanup)
What would you do:
1. Set up & clean up is pretty self explanatory. Think a few post pounders, hanging signs, zip ties, organizing plants for sale, etc…and then taking it all down.
2. Work booth – you are answering questions on landscape issues and selling plants and t-shirts, etc.
This is a chance for you to display your knowledge and business to thousands of visitors to the tent. Some stop by with simple questions, others are looking for new businesses to hire.
We’ll have drinks available at the booth. Bring your family to enjoy the rest of the festival while you’re helping out.
