MALP is trying to add more benefits for members. At 6:30 we will have representatives from ADP, who may offer MALP members a 30% discount on their services. These services include payroll services, medical packages, and other business services for all of our members. Come and see if this is something that may help you and your small business. Many local small businesses already use ADP’s services. If you have any questions, we may be able to put you in touch with other clients of theirs for recommendations.

Dr. Gerry Ross
Organic gardening and farming is becoming increasingly popular as years pass. Gerry Ross, of Kupa’a Farms, has been perfecting organic agriculture practices at his farm since 2003 and cultivates award winning organic coffee. Gerry will be passing on his advice and knowledge for you to be able to produce your own home-grown coffee. These practices can also be transferred to any area of gardening -not just edible landscapes. Gerry’s advice along with years of trial and error in this field can most certainly be transferred for use in our ornamental landscapes as well.
Gerry Ross has a PhD in Earth Science. Prior to moving to Maui, he worked as a geologist in Canada. He currently owns Kupa’a Farms, where he grows a wide variety of vegetables, fruits & coffee. Gerry also works as a consultant for farmers on a range of topics including crop planning, cultivation, crop rotation and greenhouse management. You can find Kupa’a Farms on Saturdays at the Upcountry Farmers Market.
Additional tickets can be purchased for $1 each.
